I started putting all these rectilinear shapes in the bottom of the painting and up one side, I noticed it and everyone who came into the studio also noticed it, it’s like a sunrise in the city, a city scape feeling to it. Which if I think about it, it is appropriate as the metaphor is about the search for our creative heart.
Your creative heart is with you wherever you are, it’s about how you access even though a lot of my pictures depict Arkaroola and the outback, why do you have to only access your creative heart when you are in the country, but why not in the city as well?
